About Dave
Dave Bakker is the CEO of Solutions by Interact, an international sales consultancy that specialises in working with companies to execute sales strategy. For more than 35 years, Solutions by Interact has worked with numerous global sales organisations to help deliver high level sales performance improvement. The company was founded in 1985 by Naj Alidina and was acquired by Dave Bakker in 2022.
Solutions by Interact specialises in running ‘live’ opportunity based coaching workshops developing individuals who need to reach C Level (CEO/CFO/COO etc) consistently. The coaching focuses on ‘Selling to C level’, ‘Hunting’ and ‘Sales Leadership’ to help win business with large corporates and SMEs. The unique coaching led approach in developing salespeople has resulted in clients’ benefitting from significant return on investment ranging from $2m to $250m. In addition to this, Solutions by Interact runs a variety of sales conferences providing entertainment and motivational content to small and large audiences.
For the last 20 years, Dave has spent a considerable amount of time working in the IT industry with a variety of blue chip names. His expertise also extends into telecom, travel and transportation and investment banking. Dave has worked extensively throughout the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific in various sales and leadership roles. Dave is a Business Angel Investor, focused on early-stage funding of innovation centric companies.
Dave is a Dutch national, living in The Netherlands since 2020 after having worked and lived in Sweden, Singapore, Switzerland and Russia. Dave speaks five languages, Dutch, English, German, French and Russian.
